Scenic photography often requires being
at the right place at the right time with
the right equipment. The most successful have an
intimate familiarity with the locations they photograph.
For the occasional scenic photographer such as
myself, a certain amount of luck, flexibility, and stubbornness are critical
to success.
Sometimes you simply can't take your "big gear"
with you, especially on a family or business trip. However, it's
an opportunity to travel really light with a digicam and see what
you can get.
